Welcome… to my homepage. Here you may find information concerning my work and research interests. I would be glad to answer your comments and/or suggestions on how it may be improved.
I was born and raised on Corfu, Greece, and I studied at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, (B.Sc.), University of East Anglia, UK (M.Sc.) και Keele University, UK (Ph.D.).
Since 2005 I have been at the Department of Environment, University of the Aegean, where I currently hold the post of Associate Professor of Environmental Politics & Policy. I also teach postgraduate courses at the International Hellenic University (IHU, Greece) and at the Central European University (CEU), Hungary.
My research and teaching focus on Environmental Politics and Sociology. More specifically I am interested on environmental behaviors, environmental communication, green parties, the state-society interactions on environmental issues, and environmental NGOs- while I am developing an interest on environmental history as well.
